How MedPrint Works
You send an electronic file of your statements to the processing statement where they will be printed and mailed. Your patients will then receive professional, laser printed statements, complete with individual or global messages, encouraging quick payment and improving your cash flow.

Preparing patient statements is time consuming and often ends up being postponed. These delays impede payment and diminish your cash flow. With MedPrint the hard part is done for you, making it easy to send statements on a regular basis.
MedPrint reduces the labor and supply costs associated with paper statements. There is no longer a need to stock up on forms, envelopes, or extra ink cartridges. MedPrint uses postal software that corrects and presorts addresses, ensuring your statements are properly addressed and bar coded.

What MedPrint does:
- MedPrint sends your office a fax confirming your files were received.
- MedPrint processes the billing information.
- MedPrint checks for valid addresses, adds zip codes extensions, and adds postal bar codes.
- MedPrint laser prints your statements.
- MedPrint folds the statements, inserts them in an envelope, and seals.
- MedPrint mails the statements to your patients.
- MedPrint sends a report to your office with mailing details the day after your statements have mailed.
How you use MedPrint:
- Select the Electronic Statements option in Medisoft. The program will batch the statements and dial the modem, sending the batch directly to MedPrint.
- MedPrint sends a fax to you confirming that your file was received.
- MedPrint processes and mails your statements to your patients.
