Simple ERA and ERA Autopay are programs that allow you to automatically post electronic remittances received from your insurance carrier or clearinghouse.

ERA Autopay is a program made by Medisoft to allow the posting on remittances. This software is only compatible with the current version of the Medisoft software.

Simple ERA is a program made by a third party company to allow posting and storage of electronic remittances.  The difference between Simple ERA and ERA Autopay is that ERA Autopay is only compatible with the current version of Medisoft, and Simple ERA will work with all versions of Medisoft 11 to current.
